Hola Familia!
Welcome to Los Taquero Mucho, we’re glad you’re here. We are a Husband and Wife owned Taqueria established in 2019. After years of working for big Corporation companies we decided to combine a degree in Business Administration from CSUF and a love and passion for food to create what is now known as Los Taquero Mucho today.
Our journey began with exclusively catering back yard parties, corporate events and Company lunches. After the Pandemic we expanded our catering services for Weddings. Which we still continue to do today. In 2021 we opened our first brick and Mortar location in the beautiful city of Montebello inside of the BLVD MRKT where we continue to serve up our Mexican/Guatemalan Tacos Tuesday - Sunday. In June of 2023 we launched our location in the City of Anaheim for delivery, catering and pickup. Los Taquero Mucho is a company that looks to share its family culture through its food- where every bite feels like home. As LTM achieves the feeling of home, we always remember about our community and always look at ways to give back.

After working five years in the insurance industry with State Farm I joined my husband in this journey of serving quality tacos and quality customer service to our customers.
I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I run all of the admin for Los Taquero Mucho and also run our social media page. I am the youngest of 6 and have Mexican and Guatemalan roots. I am married to Miguel Garcia and have two BEAUTIFUL children together . I am also a notary and enjoy working out on my spare time 😎 I enjoy comedy movies and quoting them but please don’t make me watch a horror film 😫 I don’t do coffee but give me all the tea in the world and my shoe of preference is the classic white and black or all white chucks 👌🏼 except for recently my feet have been enjoying my Birkenstock chanclas

After working 11 years in the banking industry it was in Gods plans for me to leave the company and finally pursue my lifelong dream of having my own restaurant. Although it looked different in the beginning we’ve finally achieved that dream. I am married to Sylvia Garcia and super excited that our family is growing. I have a 17 year old boy, a beautiful 3 year old baby girl and a 2 year old boy.
I am a HUGE Dodgers and Lakers fan and enjoy going to the games on my time off. I also really enjoy watching and playing golf ⛳️
Both of my parents have worked in the restaurant industry - my dad has worked in several Mexican cuisine restaurants and my mother worked in an Italian restaurant. Ultimately my love and passion for cooking food grew through them. I’ve learned so much from them and am now happy to be able to give back to them through our new journey.
